More goings on

Not much new to say...we went on the Mt. of Olives tour....really interesting...so much history and art. It's almost overwhelming. While we were waiting for the tour to start....of all things, with a zillion people swarming around the Old City....we ran into Mike and Mina Jo (Dr. Linver and his wife). Mike is my dear friend and colleague who invited me....and then Terry (cuz I begged him..ha ha) to speak at the conference here. They are awaiting news of grandbaby #7 so Mina Jo is on "standby" with cellphone at the ready. We are both so grateful to Mike for suggesting us as faculty and are really looking forward to sharing our infinite nate wisdom (ha ha) with our Israeli colleagues. The conference starts Monday so we have a couple more days...there is so much to do and see it is hard to decide how to spend that time. One thing for sure....we are beat at the end of the day. I even slept through the 3am prayer call last night!! More tomorrow.
